Lone Oak is an Assisted Living community in Eugene, located off Interstate 5 in the northernmost part of Eugene near the Willamette and McKenzie rivers in the Santa Clara District. Eugene is home to the University of Oregon, is noted for its natural environment, and is well known as ‘Track Town USA.’ We also serve Springfield, Veneta, Pleasant Hill, Junction City, Coburg, Creswell, Mapleton, Florence, and the surrounding regions. No matter where you’ve lived before, we’d be honored to have you call Lone Oak home.

Lone Oak offers Assisted Living services to enhance a homelike environment while encouraging social interaction. We have a Wellness Team on site 24/7 to assist when needed.
